Qronge has not ignored the peak power and top speed game but has backed it up with off-road performance to match the specifications on paper. Instead of simply sourcing the largest motor and battery available, Qronge designs its bikes to be able to put the power down controllably and consistently where the tire meets the dirt, and do so on trails, hills, and continuously changing unpaved terrain. The idea is to bring their electric dirt bikes from a relatively niche category into the view of more serious off-road riders.

Qronge is not focused solely on achieving high specifications that look good in advertising. Instead, it places greater emphasis on how power, range, the overall platform, and how real off-road demands work together. While peak power and top speed numbers attract attention, out on the dirt, how that power is used is the more important factor.

If you haven’t heard of them, Qronge is a relatively new face in the electric world. They’ve mostly focused on affordable e-bikes that punch above their weight class price-wise. We actually reviewed their folding e-bike a while back and were surprised by how much value they packed into it. So, when I saw the X1 Spark pop up on their site, I couldn’t help but wonder: could they actually pull off that same “bang-for-your-buck” magic with a dirt bike? I had to find out, so we hit “order” to see if their value-first approach could survive a trail beating.

I’m so excited. I just received two of the three packages for my X7 dirt bike. I received the front wheel, front shocks, back shock, front face plate with light and the battery, which is huge and very heavy. Can’t wait to get the third package on Friday!!

Waited almost 7 months! And it’s now on the move being shipped to me. I can’t express how pumped I am. I hope it is all they promised it to be, the specs looks amazing. Will follow up with a review once riden for a bit! Let’s go!!

Right I’ve been waiting forever. I’m not gonna lie. I do like the fact that they text you and get back to you fast but summer is almost over and I’ve been dying to test it out already so can you please hurry up and send mine thank you very much. and the crazy part was I ordered an X5 and then I noticed two days later they had a X7 so I had to cancel and re-order the X7. Lol

The X7 Spark looks like a proper electric dirt bike rather than an oversized bicycle. The 19/16 wheel combination, long suspension travel and mid-drive layout are exactly the things I was looking for in something meant for dirt roads and trails.

A
Anonymous

I like that Qronge is pretty clear about this being an off-road machine. With this much power and a top speed listed at 70 mph, buyers really need to understand what they’re getting and check their local riding rules before taking it anywhere.

A
Anonymous

The 400 lb load rating surprised me. The bike itself is 246 lbs, so nobody is going to call it lightweight, but the substantial frame, big battery and high load capacity make sense for the kind of high-power off-road riding the X7 is designed for.

A
Anonymous

The 72V system and 50Ah capacity are the biggest selling points for me. Plenty of electric dirt bikes advertise impressive peak power, but battery capacity matters once you actually want to spend a long day exploring trails.

A
Anonymous

I was comparing higher-performance electric dirt bikes and kept coming back to the X7 because of the overall package. The 12kW peak output gets the attention, but the 3600Wh battery, 600 Nm torque, hydraulic brakes and full suspension are what make the complete specification more convincing.

A
Anonymous

One thing I appreciate is the relatively simple maintenance compared with a gas dirt bike. No oil changes or spark plugs, while the normal checks are mostly tires, brakes, chain and battery care. That makes a high-performance machine a little easier to live with.

A
Anonymous

I’m 6'2", so fit was one of my concerns when shopping for an electric dirt bike. The listed rider range of 5'1" to 6'5" and the 35-inch seat height made the X7 Spark much more interesting to me than some of the smaller electric dirt bikes.

G
Garrett Sullivan

The hydraulic brake spec deserves more attention. A bike this heavy and powerful needs a braking system to match, so seeing 240mm hydraulic brakes on the specification sheet was reassuring. Power is fun, but being able to control it matters just as much.

A
Anonymous

What I like most about the X7 is that the battery matches the performance level. A 72V 50Ah, 3600Wh pack is substantial. The advertised range is up to 120 miles, and obviously real range will depend heavily on speed, terrain and how aggressively you ride.

A
Anonymous

The 19-inch front and 16-inch rear wheel setup makes a lot of sense for a dirt bike. It feels like the X7 was designed around off-road riding from the beginning instead of being an e-bike with dirt tires added later.

A
Anonymous

This feels much closer to an electric dirt bike than a conventional e-bike. The motor, battery, tire sizes, and overall weight all support that positioning.

A
Anonymous

I like the 19-inch front and 16-inch rear setup. The proportions look much more appropriate for dirt riding than a typical e-bike wheel configuration.

A
Anonymous

A 72V 50Ah battery paired with this much motor power makes sense. The battery specification is honestly just as interesting to me as the speed.

A
Anonymous

The 600 Nm torque figure is what sold me on the concept. I care more about strong off-road acceleration and climbing capability than chasing top speed.

A
Anonymous

I like the size of the bike it's bigger than my Beta it's more comfortable I have a beta for my wife the power is comparable the beta has a boost mode I was wondering if the X7 does too assembly was easy and I really like the the look of the bike when I was assembled

A
Anonymous

I was originally focused on the 70 mph specification, but after looking deeper, the 600 Nm torque and 3600Wh battery are probably the more meaningful numbers for the kind of riding I want to do. The X7 seems designed around high-output off-road riding rather than simply being a faster version of a normal e-bike.

A
Anonymous

The 12000W peak motor is exactly why this model stands out to me. This is clearly aimed at riders looking for serious off-road performance.

C
Colin Bradford

Customer support communication matters a lot on a new high-performance model, especially when availability changes. I like that the current delay situation is being addressed directly instead of being hidden. The X7 specifications are still what interest me most, but transparent communication makes waiting for a new model easier to understand.

L
Lucas Harrington

The X7 is not just chasing a big top-speed number. The 50Ah battery capacity and 600 Nm torque are actually more interesting to me because they show that the bike was designed around sustained off-road performance rather than one headline specification. The 19-inch front tire also makes sense for that purpose.

G
Garrett Lawson

I appreciate that Qronge clearly states this is an off-road bike. With a claimed 70 mph maximum speed and 12000W peak power, buyers really need to understand what they are getting. This is the kind of specification sheet that appeals to experienced riders who want serious performance rather than a beginner-friendly electric bike.

A
Anonymous

This was a long-awaited shipping email. The X7 is finally on the way, and I'm honestly more excited about this delivery than anything I've ordered in a while. A 72V 50Ah battery, 600 Nm of torque, and a 12,000W peak motor made the wait harder, but at least the wait is finally coming to an end.

A
Anonymous

I spent quite a bit of time comparing the X7 with lower-powered models before deciding which direction I wanted to go. The 12000W peak motor, 72V system, and 70 mph listed top speed put this in a completely different performance class. Definitely not something I would recommend treating like a casual commuter e-bike.

D
Derek Whitmore

What separates the X7 from the smaller electric dirt bikes I was considering is the 600 Nm torque figure. Top speed gets most of the attention, but strong torque is just as important to me for climbing and rough off-road terrain. On paper, this is much closer to the performance category I wanted.
